College of Physicians & Surgeons forced to inform public because local media refused to do so

It seems once again 'outsiders' rather than our own media have to come to the rescue here in the Pass in telling us what is going on in our own community. This time by way of the Registrar of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta in their letter to the editor in this week's Promoter.

Some may recall in earlier posts and comments of mine my and others speaking of this, and knowing as I do that both editors of our local newspapers read this blog 'faithfully' they still chose to sit on this story and then to have someone else spill the beans on our good doctor, rather than having the balls to do it themselves, as cowards and hypocrites are prone to do.

It still amazes me how over the years he and the old boys network were able to bamboozle so many of our local yokels into supporting him, only to have him run our municipality into the ground, despite individuals like myself and grass roots organizations like the Ratepayers clearly demonstrating time after time the folly and foolishness of what was being perpetrated on them by this 'dysfunctional' megalomaniac, who was running ramshod over this community at will.

To this day many of these same people still think he is a 'good guy', while I am considered to be the 'bad guy'? They still don't realize this 'good guy' and his old boys network still have control over this community through their 'new guy', and that nothing has changed... and nothing will. They're still running things and I'm still blackballed. Until that changes, there can be no real change.


You can never underestimate the stupidity of the general public.
