A blast from the past

Some may remember the brief tenure of our former CAO Tully Clifford. I know mayor and council do, because I've heard it said they blame him for all their ills.

Well today, he surfaced by way of email on my Google Crowsnest Pass notifications.

Some say he saw the writing on the wall and headed back down south faster than lickety-split. With everything that has transpired with our one-man show here in the Pass, can anyone blame him?

CAO's having independent thought never last long here in the Pass... and that my friends, is why we have the troubles we do.

Apparently, we don't want people who know how to think. We want people who know how to behave... and do what their told.

When that changes, so will we.




It is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong.
