Progress without change is impossible

Comment: Mayor, council and administration, claiming their actions to-date were done in order to pave the way for progress, facing a mutiny by their own citizens, need to heed the message above i.e. "those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything."

Yesterday, our leaders thought they were clever and wanted to change everything. Today, we hope they are wiser, and will change themselves.
