R.I.P. Junior

Just after midnight our cat Junior of twenty years died. Our last link to our former home in Vancouver. He outlived our two dogs who came with us and my mother who did not, choosing to remain behind which gave us the opportunity for many years to return to this fair city for visits, until she died too.

It is hard for me to believe he is gone considering he was 1/3 part of our life's. He was a good cat, a good companion, and he will be missed.

He goes to join our other faithful companions who preceded him. Give him a warm welcome guys. Rest in Peace Junior.

A cat has absolute emotional honesty: human beings, for one reason or another, may hide their feelings, but a cat does not.

So sad for you, my sympathies

Oh so sorry. All you can do now is remember the really good life you gave him. It will help.

Dear Diane and John, Just read about your loss. Loosing a beloved pet always leaves a big void in your daily life, especially when the pet was in your life for such a long time, and connected to other special people and events. You are both very caring people, and animal lovers. There is nothing I can say or do to make you feel better, I've been there too and I know your sorrow.
